What can you expect from a cooking course?

You will learn the basics of Ayurveda and the Ayurvedic principles of nutrition. You will learn that Ayurvedic nutrition does not necessarily mean Indian cuisine. Ayurvedic cuisine is neither expensive, exotic nor very time-consuming. Ayurvedic dishes are very digestible, nutritious and tasty. You will get to know the different spices and understand the concept of the 6 flavours. And of course, we will cook together and enjoy the food together!

  • Cooking apron
  • A pen and notepad
  • Small containers to take away any leftovers

On request I can also cook for you and your guests at your home..
